FAQ

How do I contact support?

Email support@madetoteach.com.au. We usually respond within one to two business days.

What should I include in a support request?

Include your account email, device model, operating-system or browser version, app version when relevant, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful when the issue is visual or hard to explain.

I cannot sign in. What should I try first?

Check that you are using the same account email, open the latest app version, and request a fresh sign-in code. If it still fails, email support with your account email and the sign-in step that failed.

My timetable did not import correctly. What should I do?

Follow the timetable import guide and try its troubleshooting steps. If the preview still looks wrong, tell us whether you uploaded a calendar file or PDF, where you exported it from, and what you expected to see.

What should I do if my PDF timetable looks wrong?

PDF import works best with a clear weekly or Week A/B grid. Review every session before adding it. If something is missing or misplaced, choose ‘No, it didn’t work’ on the review screen or contact support.

A shared class invite is not opening. What can I check?

Check that the invite code or link is still current, that you are signed in with the expected account, and that your device has a working internet connection. If it still fails, send us the invite code and the account email you expected to use.

How do I report inappropriate or unauthorised shared-class content?

Shared classes are for authorised teacher collaboration. Do not publish invite codes or links, and do not post content that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, unlawful, rights-infringing, or that exposes student, colleague, or school information you are not authorised to share. In the mobile app, open the shared class and use the ••• menu beside another teacher or the shared content they created. Choose Blockwhen you need to end contact immediately; the confirmation explains whether the other teacher will be removed or whether you will leave. A block prevents those two accounts from sharing any class while it remains. Profile > Help, privacy & safety also links to support. You can report shared content or conduct by emailing support@madetoteach.com.au. Include your account email, the relevant class or invite context, a description of the concern, and screenshots if they are useful. Do not include additional student or sensitive information that is not needed for the report. We may ask for more detail and take proportionate action, including restricting content or account access where appropriate.

Why are notifications or synced items not updating?

Make sure notifications are enabled for Made to Teach in your device settings and that the reminder still exists in the app. For sync issues, confirm you are signed in and connected to the internet, then reopen the app.

How do subscriptions, cancellations, or refunds work?

For a subscription purchased through Apple, manage or cancel it through your Apple Account or visit Apple billing support. Apple handles App Store billing and refund requests. For a subscription purchased through Google Play, manage or cancel it in the Google Play subscriptions area. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Google Play refund eligibility and requests follow Google Play's refund process, or you can contact us where Google directs you to the app developer. For a subscription purchased in a browser, use the Made to Teach web customer billing portal linked from your purchase or renewal email. Browser payments are processed through RevenueCat Billing using Stripe and cannot be managed or refunded by Apple or Google. Cancellation stops future renewals, and paid access normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase channel and applicable law. If you cannot find your web billing portal link, email support.

How do I request account or data deletion?

Signed-in users can start account deletion in the app from Profile > Manage account > Delete account. If you cannot access the app, or want specific information corrected or deleted instead of deleting the whole account, email privacy@madetoteach.com.au with your account email and request. You can also read the Privacy Policy.

Can I suggest a feature?

Yes. Use the suggestion box on this page or email support with the subject line 'Made to Teach suggestion'. We read feature requests as product feedback, even when we cannot promise a specific release date.
